As aBIG Merchandiser, you will managean allocatedterritory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role,you’llensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

About the Role

Territory : ST IVES and surrounds (suburbs may include, but are not limited toGordon, Lindfield, St Ives, Turramurra and West Pymble)

Hours : Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteedminimumhrs)

Availability : Wednesday to Fridayavailability is essential ; flexibility for Monday & Tuesday is highly regarded.

Essential : Driver license and car

Key Responsibilities

- Driving strongrelationships with store personnel
- Building and maintainingquality displays in store
- Negotiating promotional space
- Executing planograms
- Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
- Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally




- Safely performing thephysical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will need

- Supermarket,retail,pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
- A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
- Robust& friendlycommunication, organisational skills and attention to detail
- An ability to work autonomously
- Ability to perform thephysical & repetitive requirements of the role
