As a Car Park Team Member, You Will:

- Deliver exceptional customer service across Car Park and Valet services
- Assist customers with parking enquiries, payments, lost tickets and valet services
- Welcome customers on arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression
- Support traffic flow and valet operations to ensure a safe and seamless customer experience
- Safely operate buggies, park and retrieve vehicles, and maintain a safe workplace for customers

You’ll Be Great for This Role If You:

- Confidently engage with customers in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Enjoy working as part of a team to deliver exceptional service
- Hold a current provisional or full driver's licence (Manual or Automatic)

A full open driver's licence (Manual, Automatic or International) is required for team members operating in Valet services.

To be successful in this role, you must be available to work from September through to January , including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Full availability throughout November and December will be highly regarded. This is a fixed-term contract that concludes on 31 January 2027 .
