Climbing Ladders Early Learning & Montessori Centre is a purpose built Long Day Care, Montessori & Preschool.

We are currently looking to recruit passionate Educators to join our amazing team based at Rouse Hill and Norwest. If you are a Trainee, Cert III or a Diploma qualified Educator and you want to make a difference and work in a Centre that is focused on delivering exceptional programs for children with endless learning opportunities, then this position is for you.

We believe that our teachers and educators are our greatest asset, they have the most significant role in the world, it is for this reason we are committed to supporting, mentoring, and looking after our team of educators.
