Karakan is seeking a Lived Experience Project Officer to strengthen its peer workforce. You will contribute lived experience insights to service design, liaise with peer workers, and champion a culture where lived experience expertise is valued and embedded.
This is a designated lived experience role, requiring personal lived experience of distress and recovery. It is a permanent part time position (0.5 FTE) under SCHADS Level 4, aligned with Karakan's Peer Workforce Framework.
