About the Role

We are seeking a professional, energetic and customer-focused Sales Receptionist & Sales Assistant to join our busy Toyota Sales Department.

This is more than a traditional reception role. You will be the welcoming face of the dealership while also providing essential administrative and customer support to our high-volume team of Sales Consultants.

Working full-time Tuesday to Saturday , you will play an important role in keeping the showroom running smoothly, ensuring customers receive an exceptional first impression and supporting our Sales Consultants with the administration and coordination required to deliver a seamless vehicle purchasing experience.

Your Key Responsibilities





- Welcome customers and visitors to the dealership in a warm, professional and engaging manner

- Manage reception and front-of-house duties, ensuring customers are promptly assisted

- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and showroom enquiries

- Assist customers with general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate Sales Consultant

- Provide administrative and organisational support to a high-volume Sales Team

- Assist Sales Consultants with customer follow-up, paperwork and general sales administration

- Coordinate and assist with vehicle deliveries and associated documentation

- Prepare and maintain customer and vehicle documentation

- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate dealership records

- Support the Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks

- Help maintain the presentation, organisation and professional appearance of the showroom

- Assist with customer appointments, test drives and other showroom activities

- Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is friendly, polished, organised and confident dealing with customers and a busy sales team.

You will ideally have:

- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday,



will minimum hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm daily

- Previous experience in reception, administration, retail, customer service or automotive

- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A professional and confident telephone manner

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

- Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office

- The ability to learn and confidently use dealership systems

- A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude

- A high level of reliability and professionalism

- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

- A polished and professional presentation

- Automotive dealership experience would be highly regarded, but is not essential
