This luxury fashion brand requires the skills of experienced Sales Assistants at its MaxMara Chadstone Store.

About the role:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be a MaxMara Brand Ambassador.
Flexible availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster (20 hours per week)
Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales
Sound fashion retail experience
Must have a "can do" attitude and confidence in working in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously
Motivated and exceptionally organised
Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though is not a requirement.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry. Ideally have experience in sales or cashiering experience
Experience working towards sales targets and KPI's
Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure setting
High energy level, have a positive approach to job and group responsibilities
Ability to work flexible hours / shifts - including weekends.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
