Shamrock Hotel is looking for Food & Beverage and Gaming Attendants to join its Mackay team.

We have opportunities across food and beverage service, gaming & TAB. Depending on your experience and the needs of the venue, you may work primarily in one area or across several.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver relaxed, friendly service to locals and visitors

- Serve food and drinks across the bar and bistro

- Assist customers in the gaming room and TAB

- Follow RSA, gaming and venue-compliance requirements

- Keep service areas clean, stocked and ready

- Support your teammates through busy shifts

What We’re Looking For

- A positive team player with a genuine passion for customer service





- Confidence working with people in a fast-paced setting

- Hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential

- Current QLD RSA and RSG (or willingness to obtain before commencing)

- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays

- Previous gaming and/or Keno experience is highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right person
