We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our QLD team on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week, flexible across Brisbane and the Gold Coast in line with the store call cycle). In this role, you will support our Territory Managers by ensuring our brands — primarily Boody — are well presented, well stocked, and front of mind with store staff across your territory.

Key responsibilities

- Merchandise Boody and other client brands in-store, ensuring planogram compliance, stock rotation, and eye-catching displays.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with pharmacy and retail store staff through regular face-to-face visits.
- Support in-store product presentation and provide basic training to store staff on product features and benefits.
- Monitor stock levels, identify out-of-stocks or low stock, and report back to the relevant Territory Manager.
- Set up and maintain point-of-sale material and promotional displays.
- Provide feedback on store conditions, competitor activity, and merchandising opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date call records and reporting via CRM and business systems.




- Work collaboratively with the QLD sales team to support broader territory sales goals.

About you

Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales support is highly regarded.

Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own schedule and call cycle.

Well presented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, organised, and detail-focused.
