About the Role
As a Barista you’ll be:
- Crafting consistently amazing coffee and espresso-based drinks
- Engaging warmly with customers and creating positive vibes
- Working closely with a supportive team on both quiet and busy days
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Contributing to daily operations and ensuring top-notch service
What We're Looking For
- 2+ year of barista experience
- Solid coffee knowledge and a genuine love for the industry
- Must be available 5 days including weekends (25 hours per week minimum )
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
