What You’ll Be Doing

This is a energetic, support‑based role working closely with our Property Management team across our Melbourne portfolio.



You’ll split your time between the office and out in the field, so no two days will look the same!

- Out & About: Conducting inspections, private viewings and other property appointments.
- Leasing & Advertising : Advertising properties, managing online campaigns and responding to enquiries from prospective renters.
- Applications: Processing applications and completing referencing.
- Property & Administrative Support: Preparing condition reports, assisting with tenancy documentation and supporting smooth tenancy commencements.

You don’t need a massive real estate résumé — we care much more about who you are and your work ethic. You’ll thrive here if you are:

- Organized & Independent: You’re confident managing your own schedule between office time and property appointments.

- A current Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle.
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate (or be in the process of obtaining one!).
