Due to internal movement, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Motoring Dispatch Team on a casual basis , working flexible shifts between 6:00am and 10:00pm , Monday to Sunday.

About the Role

Reporting to the Dispatch Shift Team Leader , this role is integral to delivering exceptional member service. You will be responsible for the effective allocation of roadside resources and maintaining member relationships during vehicle breakdown experiences.

As a Dispatcher, your responsibilities will include:

- Allocating roadside resources efficiently to meet service standards.
- Collaborating with resources, managers, and support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Communicating effectively and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing proactive,



exceptional service during member vehicle breakdowns.
- Ensuring workplace safety for yourself, team members, and RAC members.
- Working with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.

What we are looking for in you

We are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:

- Relevant Experience : Previous experience in dispatch or logistics environments.
- Flexibility : Ability to work a variety of shifts Monday to Sunday between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm.
- Communication Skills : Strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
- Service Excellence : A strong focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Problem-Solving : Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork : Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
