Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking a Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care at a SIL home in Elanora Heights, NSW. You will support daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration and protected mobility with hoists where required.
You will document client wellbeing, maintain accurate records and collaborate with CPA staff to uphold a supportive team environment while adhering to CPA values of passion, respect, ethics, curiosity and courage.
