PCYC NSW – Penrith is hiring a Youth Worker to support disengaged youth through the 10-week Fit for Work program. You will work with a co-mentor, guiding groups of up to 10 students in employability and life skills within a school setting.

The role requires WWCC and National Police checks, qualifications in Youth Work or related fields, and a commitment to a child-secure, inclusive environment. Flexible hours include early mornings and evenings, Mon–Thu 8am–4pm.
