We are looking for our next Turnover Specialist to join the Airsisted team!

This is a varied role working across our short-term rental properties, warehouse and other locations, where each day can look a little different. Your day could involve getting properties clean and ready for incoming guests, preparing fresh linen or organising supplies for upcoming stays.

While much of the role involves working independently, you will also be part of a small and supportive team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys the variety that comes with the role.

About the role

Day-to-day duties may include:

- Short-term rental turnover cleans
- General and deep cleaning as required
- Laundry, including washing, drying and folding linen
- Preparing linen for upcoming cleans
- Warehouse organisation and general upkeep
- Restocking and organising supplies and products
- Supply and linen runs to properties
- Other cleaning and operational tasks as required

About you

Reliability and attention to detail are important to us. The right person will be comfortable managing their time across different tasks and locations and working both independently and as part of a team.





Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an advantage, but it is not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

Availability

Availability on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays is essential.

Additional or full availability is highly regarded, and some flexibility with working hours is also preferred.

What you will need

As this is a hands-on role, applicants should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods, regularly walking and climbing stairs, bending and reaching, and safely lifting and carrying items weighing 10kg or more .

The role requires regular travel between various locations throughout the day, so a valid driver’s licence and access to your own reliable vehicle are essential .

A smartphone is also required for work-related apps, scheduling and communication.

Applicants will also need, or be willing to obtain:

- A National Police Check
- A Working With Children Check

This is a casual position , with the potential to develop into part-time or full time work in the future.
