The Role
Can you make sure our invoices are right and our quotes are timely? Can you help improve our processes and save money for our clients? Can you pick up different systems and move between different jobs, clients and vendors?
- Producing monthly billing from our ticketing system (Zendesk) and verifying data accuracy
- Managing Microsoft licensing for clients, including processing changes as organisations grow or change
- Preparing hardware quotes for clients
- Creating and amending quotes, proposals, and invoices
- Liaising with vendors and ordering products
- Sending and following up client invoices and payments
- Responding to client billing and account queries
- Conducting annual billing reviews and updates
- Basic bookkeeping functions
- Ordering and shipment tracking
- Maintaining accurate customer database records
- Booking and preparing for client meetings
About You

- Experience in billing, invoicing, or sales administration
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero
- Professional written communication skills
- Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Willingness to learn new systems and skills, including AI
- Experience with Zendesk, Chargebee, Dropbox, or Dext is an advantage but not a requirement - training will be provided where needed.
- Experience in IT is an advantage but not a requirement
