Having just won several current national (and international) clients, thisnationalpublic relations agency is now seeking an experienced communications leader who can build on existing client relationships and drive recent business acquisition.MELB or SYD location available.The Prospect:Support the ManagingDirector and assist in developing client growthLead the development and execution of the client's business strategyKeep on top of local trends to develop client brandsMaintain a positive workplace culture through continuous sharing and developmentGather insights from data analytics and planningMaintain a strong understanding of the communications spectrum (creative, content, social and digital)Work with teams across locations (ability to travel interstate is ideal)Mentor and manage a small team of PR staffYou:Live inSydney3-4+years of experience in a similar PR role (agency-side preferred)Previous experience managing and leading junior staff members is idealExperienced in integrated PR and communicationsWell networked within the communications industryPrevious business management and development experienceStrong communication and presentation skillsCollaborative and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentSponsorship availableSalarylistedis a guide only
