Minor Hotels' Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our kitchen team on a full time basis, with part-time shifts available. You will support preparation and presentation of dishes across all sections, work with the team to ensure high standards and a smooth service.
The role requires a Certificate III in Cookery, knowledge of Modern Australian cuisine, HACCP and OH&S; awareness, and flexibility to work weekends.
