Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Officer for our 61-bed Grafton aged care home. This permanent part time role runs 4 days a week, 9am–5pm, and focuses on delivering engaging activity programs that meet residents’ needs and preferences.
You’ll provide one-on-one assistance, support mobility and hydration, and foster meaningful social participation while building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
