Knowledge of various specialty & equipment brewing methods including cold brew and advanced filter techniques.

Previous experience in or interest in roasting coffee is an advantage.

Full Australian Work Rights Required.

Tasks & responsibilities

Open and dial in the coffee station.

Service of Speciality Coffee to recipe in volume.

Brew cold brew coffee and batch filters to a recipe.

Craft and brew cold and batch Chai to a recipe.

Consult and advise clients on retail coffee and paraphernalia.

Close and clean the coffee station to requirements.

Candidates must be available to work most weekends as part of the regular schedule.

Work in a stable, progressive workplace with state of the art coffee equipment, seasonal beans and people of excellent ability.
