Are you a people person who loves keeping things organised, enjoys variety in your day, and can greet visitors with a smile? We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Receptionist & Administration Assistant to become an important part of our team at The Great Aussie Bush Camp, Tea Gardens .
As the welcoming face and friendly voice of our camp, you'll help create a fantastic first impression for schools, guests, families and visitors while keeping our busy office running like a well-oiled machine.
A day in the life might include:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Welcoming visitors, guests and school groups to camp
- Assisting with bookings, paperwork and data entry
- Supporting our Operations and Management teams
- Keeping administrative tasks organised and up to date
- Jumping in wherever needed to help our team deliver amazing camp experiences
