Harcourts Property Hub is seeking a friendly, organized and professional Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our staff, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key responsibilities

- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member

- Greeting clients, visitors and other stakeholders in a warm and professional manner

- Managing general enquiries and taking accurate messages

- Assisting with stationery orders and maintaining office supplies

- Helping ensure reception and shared office areas remain clean, tidy and presentable

- Providing general administrative support to the team as required

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a friendly, professional and helpful manner

- Communicates confidently in person and over the phone

- Is organised, reliable and attentive to detail

- Takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and presentable workplace

- Can manage multiple tasks and enquiries efficiently

- Enjoys being part of a supportive and fast-paced team

Previous reception, customer service or administration experience would be highly regarded; however, a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
