We are looking for a reliable, energetic and customer-focused Casual Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at Ingleburn Medical Centre Pharmacy.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy pharmacy environment, is adaptable with their availability and is happy to work a combination of afternoon and evening shifts.

Availability – Essential

Applicants must be available and willing to work shifts including:

- 11:00am – 7:00pm
- 4:00pm – 8:00pm

Please only apply if you can reliably work within these hours as part of your regular availability.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
- Serving customers at the register and scripts in/out counter
- Stock replenishment, rotation and merchandising
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented pharmacy
- Completing general pharmacy and retail tasks




- Supporting pharmacists and other team members during busy periods

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is reliable, punctual and flexible
- Is confident working in a busy, quick-paced environment
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is a team player and willing to help wherever needed
- Can take direction and complete tasks independently
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Is comfortable working afternoon and evening shifts

Previous pharmacy is highly regarded, however applicants with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
