Rubies Community Care is seeking caring, reliable and professional Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to older people and NDIS participants in their homes and communities.
The role involves supporting clients to maintain their independence, dignity, choice and quality of life through assistance with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, community access, social support, shopping and appointments.
Support Workers will work in accordance with individual care and support plans, promote client safety and wellbeing, maintain qualified boundaries, complete accurate documentation, and promptly report any changes or concerns.
