Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join Busy Bees at Burpengary East on a full time basis. You will lead the daily learning program, support educators, and create a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.
You’ll bring a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis certs, and WWVP for QLD/NSW. You’ll mentor staff, ensure EYLF/NQS alignment, and build relationships with families and the community.
