Duties and responsibilities:

Answer calls and enquiries





Helping customers with battery-related enquiries

Testing and fitting batteries, requiring the ability to regularly handle & carry loads up to 20 - 30 kilos

Keeping the store stocked, presentable and clean

Stock takes and inventory/cash handling management

Opening and closing of the premises when required

Team-led KPI and sales targets

The ideal candidate:

Has a passion for 4WDing, camping, or boating and can use this first‑hand knowledge to assist clients

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and emerging customers

Punctual and reliable — we are a small team, and need somebody who will turn up when scheduled and help the team
