In this packing role, you will be supporting our Further Processing Plant. This hands-on role offers Dayshift from Mondays to Fridays.

Daily Tasks

- Pack and prepare products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform manual handling tasks which include lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, and reaching.
- Maintain packing lines and workspaces in a clean and organised manner.
- Store and manage materials, equipment, and tools.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.




- Identify and escalate Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards, and risks.
- Participate in safety initiatives, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks.
- Being an active, committed, and reliable team member.

You will bring to this role

- Ability to work under minimum supervision in a small team.
- Capable of performing tasks efficiently, correctly, and systematically in accordance with policies and standards.
- Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and information.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team workplace.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Able to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles.
- Experience in the food industry is highly valued.
- Candidates with a Forklift license are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who are keen to work in our Protein Conversion Plant, holder of an Elevated Work Platform certificate, and/or Boiler ticket would be an advantage.
- Good level of fitness is required as you will manually handle up to 5kg- 15kg
