Experienced Florist | Casual Position | Long-Term Local Business

We are looking for a hard-working, experienced and enthusiastic florist to join our small, long-established business in Hervey Bay.

We are a busy florist shop where no two days are quite the same! We’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, has a great eye for creativity and takes pride in providing beautiful flowers and excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has floristry experience and is confident creating a range of floral arrangements
- Is hard-working, reliable and happy to get stuck in
- Works well as part of a small team
- Can keep up in a busy, rapid-paced shop
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is creative and willing to have a go at recent ideas
- Takes pride in their work and presentation
- Is flexible and able to work casual hours as required
- Enjoys working with people and, of course, loves flowers!

Experience with retail floristry, customer service and busy seasonal periods would be highly regarded.
