Help is seeking a motivated, proactive Youth Employment Assistant on a casual basis to support school leavers and participants under the NDIS in the Inner North Brisbane region. You will build relationships, support goal setting, and help participants move toward sustainable employment through one-to-one coaching and individual plans.
The role requires autonomous work style, initiative, resilience, and solid communication with diverse stakeholders, plus a valid First Aid/CPR and a vehicle.
