Who We Are

McLachlan Homes is a long-established, family-owned, award-winning residential builder renowned for quality craftsmanship, innovation, and exceptional team culture.

Our in-house carpentry team builds stunning custom homes ranging from 250m² to over 1,000m², giving apprentices exposure to every stage of residential construction.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking people who are:

- Full Australian work rights
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
- Own transport
- Based on Brisbane's Northside (preferred)
- Basic hand tools (for existing apprentices)

Experience with stick framing is an advantage but not essential.
