Life Without Barriers in Taree is seeking a Family Support Practitioner to support DCJ-referred families across the region.
You will use trauma-informed, strength-based case management to help families preserve or reunify, building supportive connections with children, young people and caregivers.This is a newly created role within our Families Together program.
It requires local travel and offers adaptable hybrid work with one day per week from home.
