The role involves reviewing patients in inpatient, community CAMHS settings or ED and ensuring timely referrals to the relevant teams.
On-call rosters may be provided with government-required reporting completed legally and on time.Accommodation allowance of AU$139 per night is provided.
You will complete discharge summaries, liaise with GPs and primary care staff, and assist transfer of care in collaboration
