Lead service, curate Spanish beverages, and educate guests and staff with passion for hospitality.Experience as a sommelier or senior bar role is essential, with robust leadership, customer service, and knowledge of Spanish wine regions.
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable; WSET 2+ preferred.
