Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Operations Coordinator to co-ordinate day-to-day operations with a solid emphasis on safety and quality service at the Cleveland Aquatic Centre.
You will lead a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards, drive hazard-prevention, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and statutory requirements.The role requires a proven leadership background, excellent communication, and depth in WHS and emergency procedures.
