The Role
They're now looking for a Foreman / Site Supervisor to join the team and deliver quality fitout projects primarily across North Sydney and the CBD.
You'll work alongside experienced Site Managers and Project Managers while taking increasing responsibility for subcontractor coordination, quality, programme and successful site delivery.
This is a great position for someone who already has solid fitout experience but wants exposure to larger, more complex and higher-profile projects.
About You
To be considered you'll have:
Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
Solid understanding of finishes and attention to detail
Reliable references
You'll enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, take pride in quality construction and know how to build strong relationships with subcontractors and the wider project team.

This isn't somewhere you'll sit in the same position for the next five years.
You'll have a genuine career pathway towards Site Manager and Senior Site Manager, with opportunities to continue into project management or office-based roles if that's where your ambitions eventually take you.
