Shangri-La The Marina, Cairns, a luxury five‐star hotel, seeks a Group Reservations Agent to join our Sales and Marketing team.
You will coordinate all group bookings and work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure accurate rooming lists and deposit schedules.The role requires exemplary communication, data accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.
Previous Reservations/Front Office experience is preferred, with Opera PMS experience advantageous.
