build robust partnerships and create lasting impact.In This Role You Will:Manage litigated matters in partnership with external legal counselManage disputes lodged with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) and other external complaints bodiesProvide legal advice and support to the Claims and Underwriting teams, as well as other business areas as requiredDeliver training and legal guidance to Claims and Underwriting stakeholdersProvide legal advice and support to Risk and Compliance on matters relating to the Life Insurance Code of PracticeSupport the Internal Dispute Resolution team with legal advice and guidancePartner with other Legal teams to review product documentation and a range of commercial agreements and documents
