We’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Utilities Supervisor to join our Queensland operations but we’re not simply looking to fill another supervisory position.

Based in Chinchilla, this is an opportunity for an experienced supervisor, or a strong Leading Hand ready for their next step, to join a growing Australian-owned business where leadership development and succession planning are genuinely part of the conversation.

Working alongside our operational leadership team, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day site activities, lead and develop your crew and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Importantly, we’re looking beyond the immediate role.

With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you’ll contribute by:

- Supervising and coordinating plumbing works across projects and maintenance activities.
- Leading plumbers and trades assistants, driving productivity, quality and positive team culture.
- Planning and allocating labour, resources and materials effectively.
- Ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
- Providing technical guidance, mentoring and on-the-job support to your team.
- Working closely with operational leaders and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining high HSE standards.
- Proactively identifying and resolving site issues and constraints.

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive:





- Trade qualification in Plumbing with a current QLD licence.
- Supervisory or Leading Hand experience or demonstrated capability and ambition to take the next step.
- Commercial and/or industrial plumbing experience highly regarded.
- QBCC Nominee Licence highly regarded.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to engage and develop a team.
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Robust commitment to safety, quality and team culture.
- Current driver’s licence and White Card.
