Center Parcs Whinfell Forest is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie to lead daily food preparation, maintain high standards, and support management.
You will drive efficiency while delivering quality dishes in a lively, family-friendly setting.You will train and mentor junior staff, monitor costs and waste, and be adaptable to cover early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
A 4- to 8-hour shift pattern with a 150-hour minimum every 4 weeks.
