- Conduct and oversee risk assessments, incident and near-miss reporting, emergency response arrangements and operational safety processes.
- Promote alignment with the Australian Adventure Activity Standard and recognised industry best practice,

where appropriate.
- Oversee the care, maintenance and safe operation of the Centre’s facilities, outdoor spaces and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Mt Binga, College leadership, WHS team, schools, external authorities and other stakeholders.
- Support the operational administration of the Centre, including staffing records, mandatory training, purchasing, reconciliations and other administrative requirements.

You will have the opportunity to influence how programs are delivered, develop the capability of a talented team, contribute to the ongoing evolution of Mt Binga and, most importantly, help create experiences that students remember long after they leave.

The position is permanent and full-time, working year-round to support the operation and programs of the Centre. The successful applicant will live onsite at Mt Binga with accommodation, many meals, utilities including satellite internet all included in the package.
