Role Type: Sessional/Casual

Remuneration: Casual Teaching rate $91.42 per hour and Non-Teaching rate $62.14

About The Role:

In this hands-on teaching role, you'll:

- Design and deliver engaging learning programs focused on any of the following -
- ACM20121 Certificate II in Animal Care
- ACM30122 Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming or general stream) Qualification.
- ACM40322 Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour and Training
- Deliver engaging and hands-on classes to diverse students.
- Provide feedback and support to help students develop their skills.




- Maintain industry currency through qualified networks and industry engagement

We are excited about you because you have:

- Minimum 2 years industry experience in Animal related industries with focus on Animal behaviour and training, multiple species highly considered.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) - mandatory
- Must hold a relevant qualification relating to any of the following: Certificate II in Animal Care Certificate III in Animal Care Services (Pet Grooming or general stream), Certificate IV in Animal Behaviour and Training or Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
- Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of welfare, animal ethics and care practices.
- A genuine love for animals and enthusiasm for sharing your knowledge.
