Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking a permanent Team Leader (Indigenous Mental Health Workforce) at the Mackay Community Health Centre. You will lead Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander MHAOD Workers within the Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs division.
You’ll provide skilled guidance, support, and development, drive culturally informed care, and build partnerships with Indigenous communities to improve outcomes and Closing the Gap initiatives.
