Fantasy Caravan is looking for an experienced and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Coopers Plain branch operation.

This is a broad business leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, customer experience, deliveries, service, workshop operations, team performance and cost control .

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a branch, organise people and priorities, solve problems and deliver results.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the Queensland branch operates effectively across the full customer journey — from sales through to delivery and after-sales support.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the overall day-to-day operation of the branch.
- Drive sales performance and support the sales team to achieve targets.
- Ensure customer deliveries are properly planned and executed.
- Oversee service, warranty and workshop operations.
- Organise the team, workload and priorities across the branch.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage branch expenses, resources and operating efficiency.
- Ensure company systems, records and reporting are maintained accurately.
- Coordinate local caravan shows, events and branch activities.
- Work closely with Head Office to achieve company and branch objectives.





About You

We are looking for someone who combines leadership with practical execution .

You should be:

- Commercially minded and results focused.
- A robust organiser and problem solver.
- Comfortable managing different functions and priorities.
- Confident dealing with customers and leading a team.
- Capable of making decisions and taking responsibility for outcomes.
- Comfortable using CRM, business systems and reporting tools.
- Able to manage costs and branch resources responsibly.
- Willing to stay close to the operation and support the team when required.

Experience in caravans, automotive, dealerships, retail, service, workshops, machinery, marine or a similar operational environment would be highly regarded.

Sales experience and previous responsibility for a branch, dealership or business unit would also be an advantage.
