About the Role

As the Campus Coordinator, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality fitness education while overseeing the day‑to‑day coordination and operation of the campus.

This role combines delivery and assessment, student mentoring, campus coordination, and leadership responsibilities within an education environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the campus education team to deliver high‑quality student outcomes
- Deliver engaging face‑to‑face classes, workshops, and practical training sessions
- Deliver Certificate III and IV in Fitness qualifications
- Deliver First Aid and CPR training where required
- Train, assess, and support students in both classroom and practical learning environments
- Demonstrate and supervise practical assessments within a commercial gym environment
- Provide constructive feedback and ongoing student support
- Maintain a professional, safe, and positive learning environment
- Encourage student engagement, motivation, and career development
- Collaborate with internal departments to support a positive student experience and campus outcomes
- Oversee the day‑to‑day coordination and presentation of the campus, including classroom organisation, equipment management, and liaison with the facility management.
- Monitor student attendance, progression, completions, and wellbeing to support positive training outcomes.
- Complete administrative and compliance‑related tasks related to training delivery and campus operations

About You

- Certificate III in Fitness
- Certificate IV in Fitness (or higher)
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in the fitness industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to lead by example and work autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
- Confidence managing classroom environments

Highly Regarded

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Diploma of Sport, Coaching or related field
- Experience in sports coaching
- Previous training, presenting, or teaching experience
