The Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to provide clinical and operational leadership within our adult tertiary ICU. You will lead and coordinate the nursing team, allocate staff, respond to changing patient acuity, and promote secure, evidence-based, person-centred care.
You will mentor and develop staff, contribute to quality improvement, governance, and service innovation, and work with a senior nursing team to advance the ICU.
