Pedare seeks an Assistant Head of Junior School – Student Life and Wellbeing to lead pastoral care and student life programs from Reception to Year 5, reporting to the Head of Junior School. This is a 5-year tenure commencing January 2027.
You will shape wellbeing, student engagement, and leadership opportunities, manage daily operations, and support transition programs while upholding Pedare's Anglican ethos and solid partnerships with families.
