We will mentor you closely to ensure you grow, learn and become a perfect fit for our clinic. Here are the benefits of working with us:





- New graduate program available for new graduates that feel they would like some extra support with 1:1 mentoring + shadowing with senior physiotherapist. Senior physiotherapist will talk through patient problems, discuss complex case presentations and ensure you are guided at your own pace into the physiotherapy workforce.
- 1 hour sessions weekly with senior physiotherapist to discuss patient caseload/any queries.
- Fortnightly in-service presentations delivered by our physiotherapists to discuss complex cases.
- $1000 allowance for PD. We want to invest in your learning,
- There is a “knock on door” policy with any senior physiotherapist for recent graduates that require extra assistance.
- Non-KPI based clinic with a focus on providing quality care for patients and reaching their goals.
