Oscars Group is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily FOH operations, events, and gaming at Pepe's on the Beach. This hands-on leadership role focuses on service standards, event execution, and operational performance.

You will mentor the FOH team, coordinate events, ensure RSA/RCG compliance, and provide exceptional guest service while upholding venue policies and safety.
