About the role

- Support the preparation, review and administration of contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders and legal advisors to ensure all documentation is accurate and ready for execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders.
- Respond to customer enquiries and requests via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
- Maintain accurate contract, customer and stakeholder records within CRM and document management systems.




- Provide advice and support on emerging issues, service delivery priorities and contract-related matters.
- Identify issues, discrepancies and risks, applying sound judgement to support effective resolution and decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes, service delivery and the overall customer experience.

About you

- Exceptional accuracy and precision, with a strong attention to detailed experience working in a highly regulated setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound knowledge of legal and compliance requirements
- Strong records management skills, including maintaining accurate customer and contract information within CRM systems
