About the Role

This is a working management role where you’ll lead by example while remaining hands-on in the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

You’ll oversee warehouse operations, coordinate pick and pack activities, manage stock and freight, supervise warehouse assistants and contractors during busy periods, and ensure projects are prepared accurately and on time.

Working closely with our design and production teams, you’ll manage multiple projects with competing deadlines while maintaining a safe, organised and efficient warehouse.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced workplace where strong organisation, time management and communication are essential.

You’ll also support exhibition installations and project deliveries on site across Sydney when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations
- Plan and prioritise warehouse activities
- Pick, prepare, pack and dispatch projects accurately, safely and on time
- Coordinate deliveries, freight and inventory
- Receive, inspect and organise incoming goods
- Maintain accurate stock, dispatch and inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment, including an electric pallet stacker and pallet mover
- Supervise warehouse assistants, casual labour and contractors during busy periods
- Load and unload company vehicles and freight
- Maintain a clean,



safe and organised warehouse
- Work closely with the production team to meet project deadlines
- Support exhibition installations and project deliveries across Sydney when required

About You

You’ll have:

- Previous experience executing, managing or supervising warehouse operations (essential)
- Experience leading warehouse staff, contractors or casual labour
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Physically fit and capable of safely undertaking manual handling and loading activities
- Current full Australian Driver's Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Full Australian working rights
- Available to work on site across Sydney when required

Location & Hours

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our warehouse in Milperra, Sydney.

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with flexibility required during busy exhibition periods and project installations.
