About
Are you a Speech Pathologist looking for a genuinely varied caseload across paediatrics, adults and older adults?
Join a growing multidisciplinary allied health service supporting clients across NDIS and Support at Home funding models. The team works with clients presenting with psychosocial, physical and neurological needs, creating an opportunity to build broad clinical experience while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll work across a diverse caseload that may include:
- Paediatric social communication and literacy support.
- AAC assessment and intervention.
- Supporting non-verbal children.
- Adult NDIS clients with disability and psychosocial needs.
- Older adults with stroke, swallowing and other neurological presentations.
- Functional communication and participation goals.
The role offers a mix of clinic, community and home-based work. While community visits form part of the position, the current workload is leaning more towards clinic-based services, allowing for regular face-to-face collaboration and support.
Support & Supervision
Supervision is tailored to your experience and goals:
- Receive weekly one-to-one supervision.
- Support includes session observation, case discussion and practical clinical guidance.
- Additional internal and external coaching opportunities are being developed.
- Solid access to AAC coaching and career development.
